Meet the management team!
Laurie (Right): Owner & Managing Member of T&L Tactical. She runs the day-to-day operations of the business. Laurie took up shooting as an early adult and became hooked. She has a passion for getting women & children involved in a male dominated industry. Laurie is currently a proud member of the NSSF & NRA. She is CPR certified, Stop the Bleed Certified, a certified Range Safety Officer, Conceal Carry Instructor and NRA Basic Pistol Instructor.
Tim (Middle): Owner & Managing Member of T&L Tactical. He is the planner...the big thinker and also chief financial advisor. If it wasn't for his planning & knowledge of business & building the range wouldn't exist. Tim handles the day-to-day financial aspects of the business and continues to push us forward to new and exciting things. Tim is currently a proud member of the NSSF & NRA. He is a certified Range Safety Officer, Conceal Carry Instructor and NRA Basic Pistol Instructor.
Rachel (Left): Store Manager of T&L Tactical. She is our right hand woman in the shop. Rachel is a vital part of the day-to-day operations as she ensures daily operations run smoothly & customers remain the key focus. She also heads up our ATF compliance department. Being in a highly regulated industry means every error could mean surrendering our license. Rachel aka "eagle eyes" makes sure that we continue to pass our ATF inspections with flying colors. Rachel is also a NRA member, is CPR & Stop the Bleed certified, a Range Safety Officer, Conceal Carry Instructor and Basic Pistol Instructor here at T&L Tactical.
