A COMPLETED TRANSFER FEE IS REQUIRED FOR EVERY INCOMING TRANSFER!

If you FAIL to complete a transfer form prior to your item being received, you WILL be charged a $20 surcharge.

The transfer form gives us a heads up that we have items coming, who it will belong to & who shipped the item. Shipments come in that lack the necessary required information like names & telephone numbers, resulting in longer wait times. The transfer form is the BEST way for us to match items with customers when information is missing.

I confirm that this transfer is for ME. We will reject all potential straw purchases and we must transfer to the person who made the purchase regardless of who is on the transfer form. All transfers must be picked up within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days a $20 per item storage fee will be charged in addition to transfer fee. After 90 days, your item will be considered abandoned and will become the property of T&L Tactical. We will call you once we process your transfer and it is ready for pickup.
